All equipment and other products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties which are included in the product package.  Customers must retain those warranties as well as the shipping boxes and conditioning materials if they want to return a product under warranty. 
A second outside box shall protect the original manufacturer's box in order for the product to be returnable.
Consumable and other products are either not covered by warranties or non-returnable as per their manufacturers' terms and conditions.  Please read the warranties and terms that are included in the boxes with the products.
